What Are The Ingredients For Pasta Roll Recipe?The ingredients for Pasta Roll are: 2 1/2 cups pasta saucehalf small Onions minced 3 clove Garlic, minced 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 large Egg 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese shredded 1 tsp Thyme, ground 2 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1tsp cumin 3.5 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles (6 to 7 noodles) 3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 8 oz Ground Beef (lean) 1 1/2 cups Spinach, fresh Salt/Pepper to taste How Do I Make Pasta Roll?Here is how you make Pasta Roll: Preheat oven to 400FNoodles1. Boil water and cook your noodles according to package direction. 2.When done drain in a colander, rinse with cold water to make them cool enough to handle. 3. Spread them out on a cutting board and cut into 3 equal pieces.Meat sauce 1. Heat a pan and add the ground beef. Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste and the cumin. 3. Remove the ground beef from heat and drain off the fat.4, In the same pan (beef in a separate bowl) fry the garlic and the onion, about a minute. Then add the red pepper flakes and fry about 15 seconds.5. Add the beef back and add the pasta sauce. Add the thyme, basil and oregano. Simmer on a low heat.Filling1. Add Ricotta, 6oz mozzarella, egg, and spinach to a bowl and mix well.2. Add salt and pepper to tasteAssemble1. In a small casserole dish (a pyrex loaf pan will be two layers and a 8x8 pan will be 1 layer) add a thin lyer of sauce to the bottom.2. Put about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the filling into each noodle and roll in up and place in the dish with the seam side down. 3. If two layers, cover the bottom layer with sauce and build the second layer.4. Cover with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle the last bit of mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Cook covered with tin foil for about 25 minutes and uncovered for a final 10 or until the top is golden brown.
