1 package of smoked sausage (have used Italian sausage also)
2 c Macaroni (any small pasta will do)
1 c broth (I used vegetable because that's what I had)
1 can tomatoes, undrained
1 T onion (I used dried flakes)
1 T oil
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Sausage and Kale with Pasta:

Heat sausage to release flavor. In a separate pot cook pasta. Add kale to the sausage and heat until starting to wilt. I tossed with oil and added the garlic powder and salt. When that has started to cook down I add the broth. Add tomatoes and pasta, mix well. I let this simmer on the stove until I was ready for dinner, but at this point it should be ready to eat.
