4 small Onions roughly chopped
3 tbsp Olive Oil
500g Ground beef
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Chutney
350g Mixed Vegetables, frozen
250g Pasta (any type), cooked according to packet insructions
2 cups Cheese Sauce,
1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded


How Do I Make Pasta Slice?

Here is how you make Pasta Slice:

Using 2 tbsp of oil, fry onions until just turning brown. Remvoce from pan.Add last tbsp of oil and ground beef. Fry until beef is cooked. Add onions and mix well.Add Soy sauce and chutney and mix well.Add vegetables and cook until done and no more juices are left in pan.Mix pasta and ground beef-mixture and put into an ovenproof dish,Pour over cheese sauce. Top with grated cheese.Bake in oven at 160/180 C (140/160 fan-forced) for about 45 mins or until cheese is golden brown.Serve with a nice green salad.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SNOWFLAKE_NZ.
