2 T Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce, low sodium
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
1/2 c white wine (or water)
2 c whole wheat pasta, cooked and drained

Here is how you make Spicy Venison Pasta:

Saute the venison in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking up with spoon as it cooks. Cook it until it is very dry then add minced garlic, cayenne and teriyaki sauce and turn heat to low. Stir constantly to mix well. Add onions, red peppers, and peas and cook until vegetables are crisp tender.
