1/2 package of jumbo pasta shells (24 shells), cooked
1 tsp chili powder, salt,
1 tbsp dried chives or 3 tbsp fresh chives
4 oz cream cheese or neufchatel cheese (this is what I use)
1 c Colby Jack cheese
handful of crushed tortilla chips (4 oz.)
1 c salsa

top with sour cream, green onions, lettuce, olives and tomatoes (not calculated in calories)

Here is how you make Tacos in Pasta Shells:

In a large pot cook jumbo pasta shells (24). While shells cook, brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and add cream cheese or neufchatel cheese, chives, salt, and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.After shells are done, drain and toss with a little butter or olive oil (or spray with some Pam) to keep them from sticking to each other. Fill each shell with a scoop of beef mixture. Arrange shells in sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Pour salsa over each shell. Cover with foil. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Uncover; top with Colby Jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips. Bake for 15 more minutes or until bubbly.
