Here is how you make Ham and Tomato Pasta Bake:

Chop tomatoes and dice ham, set aside. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain well.While pasta is boiling, combine flour and oil in small saucepan with wire whisk and heat till thickened. Add milk a little at a time, stirring till thickened each time. When sauce reaches desired consistency, add Parmesan cheese and seasonings according to taste. Combine ham, tomatoes, pasta, and sauce in dish and toss. Pour into small baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 for ten minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.Makes two servings.
