Here is how you make Veal Patties with Gravy:

Melt butter and saute onion until golden brown. Combine onions with remaining ingredients, using hands to mix thoroughly. Form into 4 equal sized patties, about 3/4" thick. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large skillet. Brown patties over medium heat until cooked thoroughly, turning once. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet, add 2 Tbsp. flour and cook for a minute or two to brown. Slowly add beef broth and wine, mixing over medium low heat until thickened. Add veal patties and serve.
