Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large cast iron skillet (if using to bake in) heat oil, brown sausage and onions, 5 minutes, spread over entire pan. In med bowl, combine cornbread mix and necessary ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Pour into cast iron skillet over sausage or combine sausage and cornbread in greased 13x9" cake pan.
