Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.Add chopped onion to skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add wine and reduce by half, about 1 minute. Then add chicken broth and cook until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. (Sauce only thickens a little)Drain cooked pasta and return to pot.
