Pepperoni Strombolli?Here is how you make L.R. Pepperoni Strombolli: In a bowl, combine flours, salt and yeast. Stir in warm water. Pour oil over dough and work in with your hands. Set aside to rise for about 1 hour. Repeat to make another ball of dough.After dough has risen, roll one ball of dough out into a large rectangle. In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, olive oil and seasonings. Brush about 1/3 of mixture onto dough leaving a 1/2 inch margin. Sprinkle on half of the venison, pepperoni, cheeses and onions.
