Clean strip & chop the peppers. Peel onions strip & chop. Cut mushrooms into smaller sizes set all 3 to the side. Put steaks in electric skillet until they change to a light brown on each side remove steaks. Add peppers onions & mushrooms season to taste. Saute until just starting to reduce down.
