Serves 8Saute the onions and peppers til soft. Put meat in pan, top with peppers and onions and tomatoes. Mix the juice from the tomatoes with the HP sauce and the flour. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. An hour before serving, see if juice is thickened enough.
