10 oz frozen peas and carrots
1.5 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbl Worcestershire
2 tbl Corn Starch

Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a large saut? pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until tender, about 6 to 10 minutes.Add ground beef to the pan with the onions. Cook until no longer pink. Add in the peas and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add the worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Bring the broth to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, adding more beef broth if necessary to keep the meat from drying out. Add corn starch and stir until blended and thickened.Spread mixture evenly in an 8x13 baking dish.Prepare mashed potatoes according to instructions, and spread on to of the beef mixture.
