Here is how you make Easy Cottage Pie:

Peal the potatoes and chop into 16 small potatoes, Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the potatoes with a little salt, boil untill cooked but not mushy.Meanwhile heat a frying pan to a hot heat and dry fry the mince until brown.Drain off any excess fat and mix the Bisto gravy to desired thickness with Boiling water. Mix this well into the mince. pour the mince into an oven proof dish and set aside. Heat oven to 200 degrees and then drain the potatoes. Mash the potatoes well and add a little pepper and the milk. Mix well and spoon the mixture on top of the mince. spread out to cover all the mince and then bake in the oven for 30 min until crispy and golden on the top.Tip try sprinkling with 1 cup of greated cheddar cheese before baking to give your mash a cheasy topping.
