1/2 lb ground beef
1 c cooked lentils
1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed


How Do I Make Gluten Free Shepherds Pie?

Here is how you make Gluten Free Shepherds Pie:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. To make the gravy, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the cornstarch and whisk together until blended. Add the broth slowly and mix well to incorporate. Let simmer until the gravy thickens. While the gravy is cooking, boil the potatoes. When the potatoes are done, mash with 1/2 cup milk (or whatever is needed). Brown the ground beef and drain. Add 1 cup of cooked lentils to the beef. Combine the beef mixture, gravy, and thawed vegetables in a small casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes and put in preheated oven.
