1. Boil potatoes in large pot. Add veggies during last 5 mins. Add ham during last 2 mins.2. Drain and return to pot.3. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour, salt, thyme and pepper til blended, Gradually stir in broth and milk.4. Bring broth mixture to boil; cook and stir until thickened. Pour "gravy" into pot and stir to coat ham mixture.5. Fill 5 crusts, top with remaining crusts and cut slits. 6. Cover pies w/ foil and freeze7.
