How Do I Make Debbie's Shepherd Pie?Here is how you make Debbie's Shepherd Pie: Cook the ground beef until no longer pink; drain and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the bacon, oregano, garlic, and onion until bacon is crisp. Stir in the tomato sauce, corn and reserved beef. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer; uncovered for ten minutes.Meanwhile, combine the mashed potatoes, eggs, 2 tablespoons of butter and parsley. Spread half of the potato mixture onto the bottom and sides of a greased nine inch pie plate. Top with the beef mixture and remaining potato mixture.
