What Are The Ingredients For Grandma's Shepherds Pie Recipe?The ingredients for Grandma's Shepherds Pie are: Onion chopped2 carrots chopped 1 can chopped tomatoes 400g minced (ground) beef 300ml beef stock 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 4 potatoes small amount of milk for mashing How Do I Make Grandma's Shepherds Pie?Here is how you make Grandma's Shepherds Pie: Preheat oven at 220C / 425F / Gas Mark 7 Fry the onion and carrot in a large frying pan (or wok) until the onion is soft. Add the beef and continue to cook stirring continuously. When the beef is browned, add the ketchup and worcestershire sauce and stir. Add the chopped tomatoes and stock, stir and leave to simmer for 15 minutes.Whilst the beef is simmering, boil the potatoes until soft enough to mash (I use the microwave).
