Tenderise steak: rub baking soda on steak and let marinate in the fridge for a few hours before cooking.Once ready to cook, rinse meat with cold water. Once thoroughly washed, drain off excess water by placing the steak between two towels or napkins.Spray 2 8"x3" tins with canned oil of your choice.Chop in large chunks the carrots and the celery.Finely chop garlicRinse and take beans from the canMake a slurry with the cornstarch and of 2 tbs. GuinnessFinely chop rosemary.Method:Caramelise onions a pinch of rosemary, some dried parsley, vinegar and a bit of water.slice stark into thin strips and pan fry on high heat; until all pieces are brown.
