Stir to dissolve yeast. Wait one minute, add 1 cup white flour, whole wheat flour, and corn meal. Mix together, if dough is sticky add additional white flour 1/4 cup at a time until dough forms a ball and does not stick to your fingers.When dough is formed, spray cooking spray to coat a large bowl, place dough ball in bowl. Turn once to coat with oil spray. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to raise for 30 minutes. Punch down dough. Divide into 2 portions. Roll out or use fingers to make 2 14" to 16" crusts. Dough can also be placed in a large zip lock bag and refrigerated for 2 to 3 days before using. Allow to return to room temp before trying to spread out for crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 20. Top with your favorite pizza toppings and bake until done.
