Here is how you make Mini Thin Pizza Dough Crusts:

Stir together flour, yeast, salt, sugar, whey protein, wheat germ & wheat bran in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil & water. Mix all ingredients together. Knead dough for 3 minutes. Shape into a ball & put in bowl. Cover & let rise until double in volume. When dough has risen, punch down & divide into 4 equal pieces and shape into round balls. Let dough rest for 4 minutes.Divide into 16 balls and roll each into a 6 inch circle. Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Place dough on pan & let raise for 10-15 minutes. For best results use a pizza pan. Spread with sauce, desired toppings & desired cheese. (Remember - toppings & cheese are not included in the calorie count, only crust & sauce) Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. Check at 10 minutes, depending on the oven the pizza might be done around 10 minutes. The crusts are very thin & will cook quickly. To enjoy later:Cut 16 circles out of parchment paper and place crusts on circles. Layer the circles without crust touching crust and place in a freezer bag. Freeze crusts.
