Pre-heat grill to 350 degrees. Grease pizza pan. Cover pan with pizza dough. Cover dough with pesto sauce. Pile spinach, then cover with capicola. Next, place tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle with Feta and Mozzarella.Place pizza pan on grill, close lid and cook until crust is yellow and cheese is melted. Slide pizza off pan on onto grill flames to make crust crispy (no more that 5 mins.) Slide pizza back on pan and remove from grill.
