Here is how you make Grilled Supreme Pizza Wrap:

Brown your ground beef, crumbled in a pan on the stove. Set aside. Preheat your grill for 5 minutes on medium high/high. Sautee onions, peppers & mushrooms in a pan. If you must use oil, use just a spray of Pam. Lay your tortilla out & spread pizza sauce on 1/2 of it, leaving 1 1/2 inch of edge without sauce. Next add mozzarella cheese and ground beef. Take kitchen scissors & cut pepperoni pieces in half & add this next. Then put sauteed onion/green pepper/mushroom mix on top of pepperoni. Fold ends (top & bottom) in & start rolling your tortilla up, from the full side toward the side with nothing on it. Make sure you have the ends tucked in well. Lay on grill & close grill. Grill for about 5 minutes or until marks are on it. You may want to flip it over 1/2 way through cooking time. You may have a little seepage of pizza sauce, once it starts cooking, but should not be too much.
