1 jar (14 oz.) Ragu Pizza Sauce
1/4 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan cheese topping
1 can (8 oz.) Mushroom pieces and stems (drained)
1.5 oz. Armour Pepperoni (Italian Style)
8 oz. (2 cups) Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese


How Do I Make Homemade Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza?

Here is how you make Homemade Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Prepare the crust mixes as directed on packages.Use a small amount of Crisco shortening to grease the cookie sheet. (Cooking sprays don't work well at all.)Spread the pizza dough onto the cookie sheet. Pour the pizza sauce onto the dough and spread the sauce with a spoon to cover the dough leaving about a 1/4 inch all the way around for the crust area.Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Top with the mushrooms and the pepperoni.Bake for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and THEN sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the entire pizza. Continue to bake for an additional 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.Remove from oven and let stand for about 5 minutes to cool before cutting.Cut in half length-wise and then into six sections to make 12 pieces.Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TEXASDY.
