Here is how you make Jen's Homemade Pizza:

Sprinkle yeast over 3 cups warm water. Combine salt and flour in bowl of mixer. Add oil and mix until incorporated. Add water. Place in lightly greased bowl, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 day, up to 3 or 4 days. Take dough out of refrigerator and divide among 4 jelly roll pans, stretching to create a crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 5-7 minutes each, or until crust is dry to touch and lightly golden. Spread sauce over each crust and assemble as you wish.
