Here is how you make Pizza Roll Ups:

Crumble sausage and beef into skillet; stir in green pepper. Cook until meat is brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and oregano. Spoon mixture into tortillas and place in a greased bakingdish. Combine onion soup mix and tomato soup and pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
