1 lb. super lean ground beef or turkey
2 jars (24 oz. each) of your favorite spaghetti sauce
24 oz. carton nonfat cottage cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (mine was homemade from whole milk)
4 cloves garlic, minced
5 oz. package turkey pepperoni, chopped
2 eggs, beaten

Here is how you make Pizza Stuffed Shells:

While cooking pasta, heat oven to 400F. Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat and add both jars of sauce. In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients well, seasoning cheese mixture to taste before adding eggs. Mix well again.In a large baking dish (or a couple of smaller ones) covered in non-stick spray, pour just enough sauce to cover the bottom(s). Stuff the shells with cheese mixture and arrange in the dish. Top with remaining sauce and cover with lid or foil.Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
