3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Pickling Spice

How Do I Make Filipino Pork Adobo?

Here is how you make Filipino Pork Adobo:

Remove all fat from Pork and then cut what's remaining into 1" cubes. Put meat in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with Cayenne, Pepper and Paprika. Toss to coat.Melt oil in large heavy bottomed soup pot over medium high heat and brown meat. Being careful not to crowd the pan. Brown in batches and remove to a plate while browning remaining meat.Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Return meat and all juices to pot and add tomato sauce, salt, vinegar, pickling spice and wine to meat. Bring to a boil. Partially cover. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil for 45 minutes.Serving Size:?Makes 12 1/2 Cups plus extra 1/2 Cup of Sauce each
