1.5 oz. box raisins (small box)
1/4 cup unsweetened applejuice
2 tbsp. cornstarch or 3 tbsp. flour

Here is how you make Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Raisins:

Place pork tenderloin in baking dish.In a bowl, mix the slice apples, raisins, and cornstarch or flour until combined. Spread over top and around pork. Pour apple juice over top of pork. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Uncover and baste pork with apple/raisin mixture and apple juice. Recover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until pork is no longer pink, but still juicy and tender. Remove pork from oven and uncover. Slice in 1" pieces 3/4 of the way down (so not fully sliced).
