Here is how you make Asian Pork and Veal Patties:

1. Place pork and veal mince, carrot, onion, coriander and fish sauce in a bowl. Use your hands to mix until well combined. Divide into 10-12 portions. Use your hands to shape each into 2cm-thick, round 5cm patties. 2. Heat peanut oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add half the patties and cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and set aside. Repeat with remaining patties. 3. Place lettuce leaves on serving plates. Top with patties and drizzle with peanut and sesame oil.
