Preheat the grill to medium high.Simmer the hoisin through the sesame oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, then cool.Prepare pork, cutting first into 1" strips lengthwise, then in half, eventually making 12 strips, each 4-6" long. Toss the strips in the marinate, then thread on skewers. Arrange the skewers on the grill so that they extend over the edge, cover and cook 3-4 min.
