Place potato chips in ziplock bag and crush with rolling pin. Add bisquick mix to chips and mix well.In small shallow dish, mix egg and 2 tblsp of bbq sauce. Dip pork chops into egg mixture the shake in bag to coat with bisquick mixture.In nonstick skillet heat oil over medium-low heat. Cook pork chops in oil 15-18 min, turning once until golden brown and pork chop is no longer pink in center. You can serve with a little bit of additional bbq sauce if needed.
