Makes 8 Servings1. Heat almonds in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, 4 to 6 minutes or until toasted and fragrant.2. Preheat oven to 375?. Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss together pork, cumin, oregano, paprika, and black pepper.3. Saut? onion and pepper in hot oil in skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender.
