How Do I Make Gluska - Cabbage and Pork?

Here is how you make Gluska - Cabbage and Pork:

Serves 2In a large pot boil water for egg noodles and cook egg noodles until tender to your liking. In a large skillet melt the butter.Cut the onion into slices or if you prefer to dice them it will work just as well. Cut italian sausage into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slicesOnce the butter is melted sautee the onions until clear and just turning brown. Add in italian sausage and cook until heated thoroughly and just turning brown. Remove from pan and set aside. On a medium heat add butter and melt then sautee cabbage. Do about half a head and let it cook down then add the other half. Always keep covered. Stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick. You can add more butter if needed but remember it will also increase the amount of calories, sat. fat etc... Once the cabbage is cooked add in onions and sausage to reheat for approx 10 min or until sausage is cooked thoroughly. Drain egg noodles and serve cabbage mixture on top of noodles. Personally I use more cabbage than noodles due to carbs! Enjoy.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user STUDT.FAMILY.
