Here is how you make Pork Cheesesteak:

In a large non-stick skillet, melt the margarine and sautee the onions and mushrooms until tender. Remove to dish, reserving juice.In same skillet, place the chipped pork, using a spatula to tear it up into small pieces. Sautee until pork is just cooked through.Add mushroom and onion mixture WITH juices to pork in skillet. Lay cheese slices on top and opened rolls on top of that. Turn heat off under pan and heat just until cheese starts to melt. Remove from heat, remove from pan by slipping spatula under meat mixture under each roll and turning onto a plate.
