I found it very delicious, so I decided to share it with everyone. -fresh spinach leaves
-1 Mango
-2 tomatoes
-Cilantro
-2 tbsp red onion diced in small pieces
-1 red chili pepper (you won’t use the whole thing)
-1 green chili pepper
-Extra virgin olive oil (OPTIONAL due to high calorie count)
-1 lime
-3/4 cup of non fat yogurt
-1.5 tbsp of sweet chili sauce (comes in like a hot sauce bottle)
-About 2 tbsp of honey

MANGO SALSA:- Dice mango and tomatoes into about ½ inch squares (you can make them bigger or smaller if you want): makes about 1 cup combined-Chop about 2 tbsp of cilantro and add to tomatoes and mango-Add diced red onion (2 TBSP)-chop whole green pepper into really small pieces (do the same with about half of the red pepper or use the whole one if you want it to be really spicy)**-Drizzle lime juice to taste-OPTIONAL: Drizzle olive oil (about 1-2 tbsp. this will have the most calories, so go light)PORK-Cut the excess fat off of the meat to lower fat and calorie intake.
