Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until tomatillos are tender, about 5 minutes. Drain, reserving cooking liquid.In food processor, combine 1 garlic clove, 1/2 serrano, cilantro, lime juice, 1/4 tsp. coarse salt. Pulse to coarsely chop.
