3 oz - Pork Chop (I don't include bone)
1 tsp - Olive Oil
1 tsp - Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tsp - Garlic minced
1 tbsp - Onion sliced
1/4 tsp - Fresh Spearmint (optional)
1/4 tsp - Oregano, ground
Dash - Black Pepper to taste


How Do I Make Roast Greek Pork?

Here is how you make Roast Greek Pork:

1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF2. Trim fat off of pork chop (I trim bone as well)3. Spray baking pan with non stick spray4. Place meat in pan5. Cover meat with olive oil and Heinz 57 sauce6. Sprinkle on garlic and onions7. Chop mint then sprinkle over meat8. Sprinkle Oregano over meat9. Sprinkle Pepper over meat10. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until onion starts to blacken.11.
