1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp cold water
1 1/2 cups chopped red sweet pepper

Here is how you make Hawaiian Pork:

Serves 6Trim fat from meat. Cut meat into 1 1/2 in pieces. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. In a large skillet brown the meat, half at a time, in hot oil over high heat. Drain off fat. Transfer meat to crockpot. Stir in undrained pineapple, onion, ginger, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper into meat in cooker.Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.If using low heat setting, turn to high-heat setting. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water. Stir in cornstarch mixture and sweet peppers mixture in cooker.
