Here is how you make Delicate Italian Pork Rolls:

Makes 4 rolls/servings.Trim fat off pork chops and pound thin between pieces of wax paper with a meat hammer. Lay them out next to each other and sprinkle each with the rosemary, oregano and garlic.On each chop place a slice of mozzarella cheese, folded lengthwise so you can easily roll the pork around it later. Place some pieces of sun dried tomatoes with it, but be careful not to add too many or they will be hard to roll.To roll, try to keep the cheese and tomatoes packed in tight, herbed side on the inside. Do this lengthwise so they are long and skinny. Fix with toothpicks at each end.When rolls are finished, slightly wet the outsides with water and roll in panko crumbs. You may use egg whites if desired to bind, but if they're damp you may not need them. Sprinkle with parsley to add some green.You may cook this two ways: in a pan, or in the oven (less fat, as no oil is needed).Pan: Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium-low heat and then add rolls. Cook on one side until brown and turn to brown other sides until done (20 minutes at most, usually). Remove toothpicks before serving.Oven: Preheat oven to 350. Bake about 20 minutes, or until done. You may brown crust ahead of time in pan if desired.Serving suggestions:Salad - My favorite way to have these is on a salad.
