2 Tblsp Oil

1 can Pineapple

1 can diced green chiles

1 Tblsp Brown Sugar

Rub the seasoning and salt over all the loin. put the oil in a frying pan and brown the loin on all sides

place loin in crockpot, top with green chili and then add pineapple and it's juice, and cook 6-10 hours depending on temperature setting of your crockpot. Obviously on high less time is required. Shred when done.
