Rub one tablespoon of seasoning over each side of the chops. Brown on both sides in the olive oil. Add the peppers and onions. Cover and cook until peppers and onions are tender. Add the drained vegetables and mix together. Heat through until added vegetables are hot. Sprinkle with second tablespoon of seasoning and drizzle with barbeque sauce.
