Here is how you make Tangy Mustard Pork Chops:

Set oven to 400.Coat the bottom of a large skillet with oil and start it heating over medium high heat. Place a rack on a backing pan with sides and set aside.While the pan heats, combine the mustard, garlic powder, oregano and basil.Stir well and set aside.Lightly sprinkle each side of each chop with the kosher salt. When the pan is hot, fry each chop until golden brown on each side. They will not be cooked through. When brown, place the chops on the rack.
