1 7 oz jar of tomato paste
7 oz of Lakewood Veggie Juice
1 cup of boiled cauliflower rice
2-5 cloves of garlic, pressed
2.5 tbs Italian seasoning (0.5 tbs added to tomato paste, 2 tbs added to ground pork while cooking)
a few dashes of garlic powder
a few dashes of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 350º F Add cauliflower florets to food processor and pulse until riced, then boil cauliflower rice until mostly cooked through Add 7 oz tomato paste to bowl, fill empty jar with Lakewood veggie juice and add to bowl with paste, then add a few pinches of salt, 0.5 TBS italian seasoning, and a few dashes of onion & garlic powder and stir together Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds. Remove tops from the peppers and chop them (minus the stem) Chop onion Press or mince garlic cloves In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté onion and chopped pepper tops in a little avocado oil/bacon grease about 5 minutes until onions are tender, then add the fresh-pressed garlic cloves Next add the fire roasted tomatoes and tomato paste/veggie juice mixture to the same saucepan, and stir Add cauliflower rice Taste your stuffing mixture in the saucepan one last time and add any additional salt, pepper seasonings if needed Spoon mixture from pan into mixing bowl, then add ground pork to the pan with 2 TBS italian seasoning and cook through until lightly browned Add pork to mxing bowl and stir together until combined Spoon stuffing mixture into pre-cooked peppers/cabbage/etc. Bake about 30 minutes at 350º F uncovered to heat through (oven times and temperatures may vary) Remove from dish, serve hot, and enjoy!
