Here is how you make Polynesian Pork Roast:

In medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, pineapple, orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest, lemon zest. Bring to a boil, add cornstarch, stirring constantly until thickened. Place roast in crock-pot and pour half of glaze over roast. Reserve remaining glaze. Cover slow cooker; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (High for 4 to 5 hours).
