Here is how you make Roast Pork with Cider Gravy:

mix seasonings together and rub half over pork. place in refrigerator about 2-3 hours. stir cider, honey, and sugar together in a saucepot. cook on medium heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half. place pork in roasting pan and pour cider mixture over. cover and roast at 350 degrees about 1 hour. remove from oven, place meat on plate and cover; let rest.
