Add roughly 2 pats of butter and whisk. you will notice bubbles forming and the liquid should start to thicken in about 5 min. at this time pull apart the pork with a fork and cut into bite size pieces. toss pork in newly thickened liquid and serve over mashed potatoes or sides of choice.
