5 tsp worcestershire
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Mix together Rub and place on pork and let sit in fridge over night.Place quartered onions in bottom of crock pot. Put pork on tom. Mix marinade and slowly pour over pork so as not to remove the rub. Covor crock and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours.Remove meat carefully. For-shred into a bowl.
