Seasoning Mix - In a small bowl mix black pepper, garlic powder and bbq seasoning, mix well.Trim excess fat off the pork shoulder, then rub with seasoning mix. Place meat into the liner/roaster bag (I seasoned the meat while sitting in the bag). Pour apple juice and liquid smoke over meat. Tie bag close (with twist tie or tie into a knot).Place bag into the slow cooker and cook on low for 10 hours with the lid on.
