1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped (about 4 ounces/1 cup)
2 Granny Smith Apples, skins on, sliced in eighths
3/4 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
1 tsp salt (divided)
2 tsp black pepper (divided)
3 oz baby carrots (10-12 carrots)

Here is how you make Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin with Apples, Cranberries, and Carrots:

Step 1: Season the pork roast with salt and pepper and brown in the olive oil over medium high heat.
